Wholewheat Eggless Coconut Cookies

30 min 2 Moderately Sweet Main Ingredient: Sunreap Whole wheat flour Cuisine: Indian Fusion
1 cup Sunreap Whole wheat flour
1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
1/2 cup Butter(softened)
1/4 cup + 2 tblsp Desiccated coconut
Salt a pinch
2 tblsp Milk
Step 1In a wide bowl mix the butter and powdered sugar until fully combined.
Step 2Add the desiccated coconut to this and sieved whole wheat flour to the bowl.
Step 3Add the pinch of salt.
Step 4Now sprinkle the milk and knead into a smooth dough.
Step 5Cover it with a cling wrap and keep it inside the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Step 6Preheat the oven at 170 degrees C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Step 7Take some dough and roll it into a one inch sized ball. Flatten it with your hands. Alternatively you can use a cookie cutter to get even shapes.
Step 8Dust the top portion of the cookie with some desiccated coconut.
Step 9Arrange on the tray and bake the cookies for 16-18 minutes.
Step 10Take out from the oven and cool them in a wire rack.
Step 11Completely cool and store them in an airtight container
