Wholewheat Eggless Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients

1 and 1/4 cup Sunreap whole wheat flour

1/4 cup dark cocoa powder

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1 cup curd

1 tsp lemon juice

1/4 cup milk

1 cup sugar

1/2 cup oil

1 tsp vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

Directions

Step 1Preheat your oven to 180 degrees C.

Step 2In a big bowl, take the curd and mix with sugar, lemon juice, oil, milk and vanilla extract until well combined.

Step 3Sieve all the dry ingredients together in another bowl.

Step 4Add wet ingredients into dry ingredients in small batches and mix well.

Step 5Add milk if batter is too thick.

Step 6Pour the batter and tap gently to remove air bubbles.

Step 7Bake for around 20 minutes until top looks set.

Step 8Remove from the pan and cool on a wire rack.
