Whole Wheat Pizza Crackers

30 min 2 Moderately Spicy Main Ingredient: Sunreap Whole Wheat Flour Cuisine: Indian Fusion
1 1/2 cup Sunreap Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 tablespoon dried Herbs
3/4 teaspoon Salt
4 teaspoon Tomato Puree
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1/2 cup water or approximate for making a smooth dough
Extra Olive Oil for brushing over the crackers
Step 1Take all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Combine them together.
Step 2Dissolve the tomato puree in the 1/2 bowl of water. Add to the dry ingredients and knead into a smooth dough which is neither dry nor wet.
Step 3Lay out the baking sheets/ foil and dust them lightly with flour. Pinch a portion of the dough and roll it out on the baking sheets. Make it as thin as you can.
Step 4Cut into squares using a serrated knife or pizza cutter. Brush on some olive oil. Sprinkle some dried herbs for better flavour.
Step 5Heat the oven to 200 C .
Step 6Transfer the crackers along with the baking sheet onto a baking tray and place it in the oven.
Step 7Bake at 200 C for 7-8 minutes till you can see tiny brown spots or some of the edges start to turn brown.
Step 8Remove immediately. Allow to cool down before storing in airtight jars.
