Suji Bread Fingers

Ingredients

½ cup Sunreap Sooji

¼ cup curd / yogurth

1 green chilli, finely chopped

¼ cup water

2 tbsp onions, finely chopped

3 tbsp capsicum, red & green finely chopped

1 tbsp coriander, finely chopped

salt to taste

4 bread slices, brown / white

2 tsp butter / Ghee / Oil

Directions

Step 1In a small mixing bowl take ½ cup rava, ¼ cup curd and ¼ cup water. Combine all the ingredients well and make a batter.

Step 2Add 1 green chilli, 2 tbsp onions, 3 tbsp capsicum, 1 tbsp coriander, salt to taste and combine all ingredients together to form a smooth batter.

Step 3 Rest it for 10-15 minutes or till rava turns soft.

Step 4Now spread a thick layer of prepared rava batter on the bread slice .

Step 5Toast it over hot tawa, also spread butter on the other side of the bread.

Step 6Once the rava side bread roasts well, turn over. Roast the butter side bread till it turns golden and crisp.

Step 7Finally, cut the rava toast into strips and serve hot with Ketchup/Green Chutney
