Stuffed Karela Fry

For Marination of Karela :

10 small karela / bitter gourd

1 tbsp salt

2 cup water

For Masala Filling :

1 Tbsp Sunreap Pure Chana Besan

2 tbsp coriander seeds

1 tsp cumin / jeera

1 tsp fennel / saunf

¼ tsp fenugreek / methi

¼ tsp turmeric

2 tbsp aamchur / dry mango powder

1 tsp  kashmiri red chilli powder

3 tsp oil

pinch hing / asafoetida

salt to taste

2 tbsp water

Besan Batter For outer coating before deepfrying :

2 Tbsp Besan(chana besan/gram flour)

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1/2 tsp red chilli powder

pinch of ajwain

Other Ingredients :

2 tbsp oil

pinch hing / asafoetida

thread to tie
