For Suji Mix


1 Cup or 250 ml

Sunreap Sooji

1/2 Cup

Chilly Flakes

1/2 tsp

Mixed Herbs

1/2 tsp


1/2 tsp

Olive Oil

1/2 tsp Other Ingredients to be mixed together:

Boiled and Grated Potato


Onion Chopped

1 medium

Sweet Corn

3 tbsp

Chilli and Capsicum

3 tbsp

Coriander leaves chopped

3 tbsp

Cheese Grated

1 Cube


to taste

Step 1In a pan add water and then all the suji mix ingredients, cook the suji till it thickens and leaves the sides of the pan, this will take around 2 minutes. Allow it to cool for a bit

Step 2Next in a bowl take all the other ingredients and mix well.

Step 3Add the cooled down suji mixture and mix well

Step 4Take a small ball sized portion Shape into Hearts/Circles/Squares

Step 5Roast them on a tawa with Olive Oil/Ghee till Crisp and Golden Brown
