For Sooji Balls
Milk 2 Cups
Ghee 1 Tsp
Sugar 1/4 Cup
Sunreap Soojiji 1/4 Cup
Milk 1 Cup
Water 1/3 Cup
Sugar 2 Tbsp
Milk Powder 2 Tbsp
Cardamom Powder 1 Pinch
To Make Sooji Balls
Step 1Bring Milk to Boil and Add in Ghee, Sugar and Sooji, and keep Stirring and Cooking till the Sooji Mixture turns into a paste like consistency.
Step 2Once done turn off the flame and allow it to cool.
Step 3Once the Sooji Mix cools down, grease your palms with Ghee and knead the Sooji for 2 minutes.
To make Milk Rabri
Step 1 Boil the Milk, add the remaining ingredients and keep the flame to low.
Combine the two to make Rasmalai
Step 1Make small balls from the Sooji mix, flatten them a little and drop them into the boiling milk. Cover the Pan and Cook for 3 to 4 minutes till the Sooji absorbs the Milk nicely.
Step 2Once done, turn off the flame and let it sit. Chill in the Fridge and Serve with Sliced Pistachios and Almonds on Top.
