Pav Bhaji Masala Khakra

20 min 2 Main Ingredient: Sunreap Atta, Sunreap Besan Cuisine: Indian
2 Cups Sunreap Atta (Whole Wheat Flour)
3/4th Cup Sunreap Besan (Chickpea Flour)
3 tbsp Pav Bhaji Masala
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Red Chilly Powder
2 tsp Ginger Garlic Chilly Paste
4 tsp Ghee/Oil
Water as required
Step 1Make a Stiff Dough with all the given ingredients.
Step 2Cover the dough and Rest for 10-15 Mins.
Step 3Next take small lemon sized balls and Roll out Thin Circles.
Step 4Take a round cutter and cut out uniform circles.
Step 5Heat a Tawa and Roast the prepard khakra circles on medium flame till Crispy and Golden Brown from both sides.
