Boil Potatoes Grated 3 to 4 Medium

Beans Finely Chopped 3 to 4

Carrot Grated 1 Medium

Capsicum Finely Chopped 1/2

Onion Finely Chopped 1 Medium

Green Chillies Finely Chopped 2

Boiled Sweet Corn 1/4th Cup

Coriander Leaves (Dhania) 1/4th Cup

Whole Wheat Flour (Gehun ka Atta) 2 Cups

Cumin Seeds (Jeera) 1/2 tsp

Red Chilli Flakes/Powder 1/2 tsp

Carom Seeds (Ajwain) 1/2 tsp

Salt 1 tsp or to Taste

Step 1ITake all the ingredients in a Large Bowl and Mix Well.

Step 2Knead a Dough without any Water.

Step 3 Grease the prepared Dough with 1/2 tsp Oil and Rest for 10 Mins.

Step 4Next Divide the dough into 2 equal Parts.

Step 5Take one part and Dust in Plain Flour and Roll Out Thick

Step 6With the help of a Cookie Cutter or a small plate Cut into Small Circles.

Step 7Heat tawa and roast the prepared circles with Oil/Ghee till both sides are golden brown. Serve with Curd or Chutney
