Ingredients

100g mawa

25 gm kaju and almond (powder both the items together in mixer)

30 gm sunreap maida

20 gm rice powder

2 tbs powder milk

saffron a pinch

milk one and half litre

sugar 150 gram or as per taste

Directions

Step 1In a deep cooking pot boil all the milk on high flame. Once it comes to a full boil put the flame on low and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes.

Step 2Add sugar and saffron. Again boil for two minutes and put off the flame. The milk should not become too thick in consistency.

Step 3Now in a mixing bowl, put all the mawa, milk powder, sunreap maida, rice flour and 1 tbs sugar. Knead tightly. Make tiny balls with the dough and keep rolling tightly so that the balls do not tend to break.

Step 4n the boiling milk, add the rolled balls and boil for 5 mins on low flame. Take off the stove and let it cool.

Step 5The dish astes better if you cool in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
