1 Cup Sunreap Chakki Fresh Atta

Half Cup Sugar or Jagery

1-2 cup water/ milk

1 tsp Saunf (Fennel Seeds)

A pinch of Cardamom Powder

Dry Fruit crushed in pieces (according to your taste)

Decificated Coconut (optional for extra taste)

Oil for frying

Directions

Step 1Half cup sugar to dissolve in approx half cup milk or water.

Step 2Mix 1 cup Sunreap Chakki Fresh Atta slowly and steadily ( like cake mix) until it reaches pakoda consistency. Feel free to add more milk/water for the desired consistency.

Step 3Add Saunf(Fennel Seeds), Cardamom, Dry Fruits + Coconut to the batter and beat it to a smooth consistency. There should not be any lumps.
