Eggless Pancakes

150 min 4 Main Ingredient: Sunreap Maida


Preparing: 150 min


22 cups Sunreap Maida

2 tbsp sugar

3/4 tbsp tbsp baking powder

½ tsp baking soda

pinch of salt

2 tbsp melted butter

1½ cup milk

Maple syrup/honey for serving

Step 1In a large mixing bowl take 2 cups maida. you can alternatively mix 1 cup wheat flour / atta and 1 cup maida for a healthier option.

Step 2Add the sugar, baking powder, baking soda and a pinch of salt and mix well combining all the dry ingredients well.

Step 3 Now add 2 tbsp melted butter, 1 cup milk and combine well with the whisk.

Step 4Additionally, add ½ cup more milk and make smooth flowing consistency batter.

Step 5Heat a nonstick pan and grease with butter. Now pour a ladleful of prepared pancake batter (do not spread)

Step 6Cook for 2 minutes on low flame or until bubbles appear on the surface.

Step 7Flip over the pancakes and simmer for 1-2 minutes or until cooked through.

Step 8Finally, serve eggless pancake with some butter and honey or maple syrup on top.
