Heat a non stick frying pan and add atta and ghee and fry till it turns fragrant.
Now add grated coconut, cardamom powder and sugar.Continuously stir and if required you can add little more ghee also.
Take a small portion and test if it holds shape. Add water/ coconut milk if the mixture does not able to hold for laddoo.Otherwise, no need to add the liquid.
Remove dough from pan once it is able to hold shape. Turn off the gas and make the laddoos while it is still hot but bearable to touch . Garnish it with kaju or any other desired garnishing.
