For Chowmien:
Step 1Boil the noodles with half a spoon of salt and a teaspoon oil in it.
Step 2Heat the olive oil in a big wok
Step 3After 30sec add the chopped carrots , onion and cabbage
Step 4Now after 1 minute add the capsicum, salt as per taste and soy sauce and vinegar
Step 5Stir this whole thing for 2 more minutes.
Step 6Now add the Szechuan sauce according to your spice requirements.
Step 7Now add the boiled noodles to this mixture of veggies and mix this whole thing evenly.
Step 8Now let this cool down.
For Chowmien Paratha:
Step 1Till we wait we can knead the flour by adding salt and water to them.
Step 2Now let the flour and chow-mien stay for 30 minutes.
Step 3After 30mins lit the non stick tawa on the stove , put a lil oil on it and allow it to heat .
Step 4Next we make a roti out of the kneaded flour and add a big spoon of chowmien as filling in between..
Step 5Again we will roll this filled doughball into a little thick roti
Step 6Put this on the heated non stick tawa and cook like we cook a parantha.
Step 7Our easy and yummy chowmien parantha is now ready to be served with some ketchup or mi r chutney.
